Can Stress Make You Gain Weight?

Can stress make you gain weight?  The answer to this question is a definite YES – stress can make you gain weight.  If you have gained weight lately and it is in the abdominal area, it could be caused by stress. It is hard  to avoid stress in this fast paced world we live in.

Stress responses in our system trigger  biochemical processes that release cortisol and other hormones which can cause obesity.

Although some people lose weight when under stress, most people eat to help relieve the stress.  Emotional eating usually consists of starchy, high carbohydrate foods which have a comforting effect on us.   Eating  temporarily makes us feel better, but it does not solve the problem which is causing it – stress.

In order to control our emotional eating, we must address the underlying emotional problems which cause the stress.  We have to identify what triggers our emotional eating and change our mindset.

The best way to reprogram your mind and rid yourself of stress, is through brain entrainment, also called brain programming.    You simply listen to audios and they tune in the frequencies you want – changing your mind and mood.

Yes, they are perfectly safe.  I have been using them for years and can’t imagine going through a day without listening.  They will make an unbelievable change in your life.  You will feel less stressed, more at peace with yourself, and able to think more clearly.

Once you get your emotional stress under control, you will find the weight you have gained from stress melting away quickly.

Now that you know that stress can make you gain weight you can stop the weight gain and reduce the stress just by listening to the audios.  Try it – you’ll be glad you did.
